Maritime Simulator and Training Centre of the Philippines Inc. (MSAT) was founded in June 2011. It has been accredited by the Marina-STCW Office since February 2012 and holds ISO 9001:2015 certification from Bureau VERITAS. Our dedicated team ensures every client’s needs are met with rigor and expertise. MSAT offers customized training programs and aims to become a leading training center in the Philippines.

MSAT is fully equipped with the latest maritime simulators, offering realistic and immersive training experiences. Our cutting-edge simulation facilities include: Full Mission Bridge Simulator, Full Mission Engine Room Simulator, Liquid Cargo Handling Simulator and GMDSS – ECDIS Simulator
